The kinds of movies that I like are drama, action and romantic, but the most interesting for me is the drama, which is characterized for representing an action of the life and only the characters speak without the participation of the author, where the doleful intrigue works and it can express sadness whit comedy.

All of my life, I have seen movies of all the genres ( action, drama, historical, comedy, animation etc. but the films that I consider my favorite are: the Butterfly Effect, the Beautiful Life, the Davince Code, Better Imposible, the Son of the Street etc, but of all this film genres I like the action one because the action films are more entertaining, they have high contents of explotions, shootings, persecutions, shatters and in occasions they have mistery too. Thea ctors are policemen, drugs dealers, etc., There are discussions between good persons and bad persons and only the first that can dominate triumph. There are aspects that during every time maintain the person in expectative to see it.

The film genres that I like are the romantic ones because they show impossible love stories, stories about finding the twin soul, moreover, because they make me feel and want to be a special person. Also, I love drama films because they show real-life situations and nice or painful experiences of the life.

The comedy, it is a film genre with humor, and they provoke the laugh of the audience. Comedies are light-hearted dramas. This genre humorously exaggerates the situation, the language and action. Moreover It is one of the genres more important inside the cinema.

Thanks to the class I have at Universidad Distrital it was possible to create this page. This class is about how to use the newspaper as a tool for teaching. I have tried to apply this new learnig to have my students at FUM show how they work in the English class making a short movie.

It has not been easy but for the moment I am learning how to use a blog well and then I will teach my students how to do it, it is really an excellent idea to have blogs in class because the students have the oportunity to show their works and learn English through technologies.

Thanks to the Techer María Mercedes Pacheco at Universidad Distrital beacuse she has given us, the students of the specialization in Pedagogy of the communication and Interactive Media, new techniques and freh ideas for us as teachers.

It is a really nice idea to have a learning environment where the students have the possibility to create more than just receiving information. With the students of FUM we had the idea to produce our own movie not only to learn and practice English but also to learn about the world of cinema, the language of this comunication mean, in regards to the processes of pre production, production and post production in order to get tecniques and tools to film our movie. We decided to film a shor interactive movie, so that the audience of our movie has the possibility to choose the fade of the characters. This experience eeems to be very significant because it gives the students the oportunity to work in groups cooperatively and to use the English language in a more natural way.

This is the originl ideal brought to class by TatianaGomez, the student of English 6A in Preschool. After that they started to write the script.

The skull woman is a story about a woman that kills the handsome men and she takes them purgatory.

Everything began with a beautiful woman in the year of 1998, his name was Juliana, she was in love of her boyfriend, Alejandro, also he was a very handsome. They had already fixed the date of their wedding, but unfortunately, Friday one night before the wedding when the goodbye as a single person, Alejandro suffered a terrible car accident , that totally end his life.

Juliana was suffered so with the life and so gotten depressed, that after that she did not speak with anybody, she did not allow that no person approached to her and she always lived very sad and furious.

Unfortunately after two months Juliana died, because she did not want to survive, she left her work, to leave to amuse itself and lived during this time lying on her bed, she also stop eating, and it was what caused her death so fast and little by little sheit went away turning into a skull.

Since that moment, every Friday night, Juliana appears in the disco where her boyfriend left that night, to take with her to the handsome men but of there. She gets the place as a beautiful woman, thus, she is able to approach the most attractive men, and at midnight she kisses them showing her real image of woman, but the worse thing of all is that the kiss that she gives them is not a common kiss, because when kissing them, it absorbs them and takes them to hell .

What can a girl do to overcome her economical situation?

It was one of the productions we had in the English class at FUM the first semester of 2006. The students participated with lots of enthusiasm and commitment and they got an excellent result, the short film “A hard
Decision”. This is the story of a girl called Sofia, a good student who has no money for her studies and her baby. She has only two choices to follow in order to get money, thanks to the advices two of her friends gave her.
